Spread the message by word of mouth through personal networks
Tell the world how your church is growing neighbourhood love:
- In email signatures.
- In the local media - press, radio, tv.
- In advertisements.
- On posters in the street and in houses and on car stickers.
- In parish magazines.
- On the website of your church, council, and club.
- On fliers in houses, shops and amenities.
- At events.

To create an email signature:
- From Outlook click Tools – Options – Mail Format – Signatures.
- Click New.
- Name the new signature.
- Click Advanced Edit. This will take you to Word where you can create the signature you want with hyperlinks and images etc. Click Yes to the box that appears.
- Create your signature in Word.
- Save the document. Your signature is ready to use.
To use this signature:
- From Outlook click Tools – Options – Mail Format.
- Select the signature you have created from the 'Signature for new messages' drop down menu.
- Click OK.
